Job Description

• Define, develop, and execute the company’s global partnership strategy. • Build a strong global partner ecosystem team and long-lasting relationships with key strategic partners. • Identify new partnership opportunities and ensure that partnerships align with business goals. • Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive partnership strategy to identify, negotiate, and secure new strategic partnerships. • Develop mutually beneficial relationships with key partners, including corporate entities, government agencies, technical alliances/OEMs, and industry influencers. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new partnership opportunities. • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of partnership efforts and ensure that partnerships deliver value to the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior global partnership or business development role, ideally as a senior leader.
  • Strong track record of building and scaling successful strategic partnerships across various sectors, countries or industries.
  • Experience negotiating and structuring complex partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams across multiple functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive business strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Deep understanding of [specific industry/sector] and market dynamics, with the ability to identify trends and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree as a minimum.
