Job Description

• Perform budgeting, financial analysis, and lifecycle cost management in support of CNSL mission readiness and infrastructure programs • Support budget formulation, justification, execution, and tracking for organizations, programs, and projects • Analyze financial data and develop reports to support program decision-making and resource planning • Utilize Command Financial Systems to manage, track, and report on financial activity • Support alteration baseline, integration, and network infrastructure initiatives through financial planning and lifecycle analysis • Assist with compliance and baseline support activities through financial documentation and audit-ready reporting • Provide financial input to readiness, asset, and configuration baseline reviews • Support meeting preparation and briefings with financial data, dashboards, and presentations • Develop and maintain financial spreadsheets, models, and reports using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools • Contribute to trend analysis and cost forecasting tied to mission readiness and sustainment efforts • Coordinate with technical, logistics, cybersecurity, and program teams to align financial planning with operational requirements • Support documentation and process development related to financial and lifecycle management activities

Job Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in budgeting, finance, or accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management, required
  • Experience supporting budget formulation, justification, and/or execution for programs, projects, or organizations
  • Journeyman-level knowledge and practical experience using Command Financial Systems
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and reconcile financial data and produce clear reports and briefings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Active Secret clearance (minimum) required at time of hire
