Set SLOs, build evaluation and benchmarking pipelines, optimize latency/cost/reliability, and mentor engineers while collaborating cross-functionally to ship secure, observable, and scalable AI-driven features.

Lead bidding, budgeting and workflow design for VFX-heavy feature films. Produce shot breakdowns, vendor scopes, staffing models and schedules; set up tracking/review systems; manage vendor negotiation, quality control and final delivery integrating AI-driven and traditional VFX processes.
