Job Description

• Define and own Omada’s end-to-end enrollment forecasting operating model—setting objectives, methodologies, input standards, and core assumptions with limited input—and drive alignment on these choices across Commercial, Finance, and Care leaders, including for new programs such as GLP-1 for weight management. • Build, refine, and maintain forecasting models and analytical frameworks that integrate data from Salesforce and other internal systems, enabling scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and drill-downs by customer, segment, and product. • Own the commercial forecasting data model end-to-end—writing complex SQL queries and guiding stakeholders on how pipeline, product, and channel data must be structured and tagged in Salesforce and other systems to support reliable, efficient analysis. • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to define and operationalize forecast drivers, inputs, and metrics, ensuring assumptions are documented, transparent, and consistently applied. • Collaborate with care teams (coaching, member support, supply chain) to connect commercial forecasts to operational capacity and resource planning, providing analytical insights that support proactive decision-making. • Establish and facilitate recurring governance routines (e.g., forecast reviews, variance analyses, assumption updates) that drive accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement in forecast accuracy. • Create and deliver clear, compelling forecast outputs and decision views for senior leadership and functional owners, directly informing investment decisions, care capacity plans, and GTM tradeoffs. • Lead department-level transformation of forecasting data pipelines, tools, and processes—designing scalable, standardized structures and stakeholder behaviors that materially upgrade how Omada forecasts and plans across Commercial and Care Teams.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial analytics, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical field, ideally within B2B or B2B2C environments.
  • Deep experience building and owning forecasting or planning models, including structuring complex assumptions, performing scenario analysis, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Track record as the primary owner of a critical forecasting or planning process, including designing the operating model, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving multi-team adoption of new standards and tools.
  • Strong SQL skills and relational data modeling experience, with the ability to define how commercial data should be structured, tagged, and joined to support robust forecasting and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing data models and dashboards in Power BI or a similar BI platform (e.g., Looker, Tableau), including shaping and governing data from multiple sources (e.g., Salesforce, data warehouse, marketing systems) into scalable, reliable forecasting assets.
  • Solid understanding of how commercial, operational, and financial teams interlock to deliver an accurate, trusted forecast across a multi-product portfolio.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to transform ambiguous, rapidly changing inputs into structured analytical approaches and clear recommendations.
  • Demonstrated executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels while still rolling up your sleeves to validate data and iterate on models.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment where GTM motions, products, and partner needs evolve quickly, and where you help drive clarity through structure, process, and analytics.
