Job Description

• Collaborate closely with regional sales leaders to align marketing strategies • Design and execute targeted ABM programs to engage priority new business accounts • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver multi-channel programs • Plan and host high-impact regional events • Use data-driven insights to measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance • Ensure coordination with Sales on campaign execution and lead follow-up • Leverage tools like Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing
  • Strong background in field marketing and ABM
  • Proven success in building and executing demand generation programs
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and results
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across teams and functions
  • Experience with marketing technologies including Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Creative, proactive, and resourceful mindset
  • Willingness to travel (~20–25%)
