Job Description
Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of administrative or coordination experience in an office environment, preferably supporting operations or sales teams.
- Exposure to industrial or heavy equipment industry preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Comfortable navigating internal systems and databases.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in time-sensitive situations.
- Ability to identify and communicate potential issues promptly.
- Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
