Job Description
• Develop & Implement: Design software solutions supporting RPA, AI, and healthcare automation.
• Code Quality: Write clean, testable, and maintainable code, primarily in Python.
• Integrate: Connect AI/ML models, APIs, and healthcare data systems (FHIR, HL7, EDI).
• Collaborate: Partner with the team to define technical requirements and architecture.
• Test & Deploy: Conduct unit/integration testing and support deployment via CI/CD and containerization.
• Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to industry standards, including HIPAA and HITRUST.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, RPA, AI/ML frameworks, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Experience with healthcare APIs or interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, EDI).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA (No C2C, No Visa Sponsorship).
- Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines preferred.
- Exposure to NLP, anomaly detection, or predictive modeling preferred.
- Background in healthcare automation or RCM systems preferred.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for solving complex healthcare challenges.
