Job Description
• Own end-to-end recruiting for **PDE roles** (product, design, and engineering)
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn and other channels
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, profiles, and hiring priorities
• Manage candidates and hiring workflows in Lever (ATS)
• Deliver a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience for **product, design, and/or engineering roles**
- Proven experience sourcing technical and product-adjacent talent
- Hands-on experience using an ATS; **Lever experience is a plus**
- Strong sourcing and candidate outreach skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles at once
- Clear, professional communication skills
