Job Description
• Own the end-to-end architecture of the AI-assisted access model.
• Partner with data and security teams to validate signal quality and model outcomes.
• Establish clear APIs and automation workflows for continuous access evaluation and lifecycle management.
• Embed auditability, explainability, and policy enforcement into the platform by design.
• Function as a technical authority and mentor for junior engineers, driving engineering best practices and influencing cross-team alignment.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in large-scale software development, including 2+ years in a technical lead role.
- 7+ years of experience developing applications/web services and cloud-native apps using technologies like Java and React, Angular, Spring Boot, REST API, JPA, messaging and other tech stacks.
- 5+ years of experience with agile development practices.
- 2+ years of experience developing Agentic AI applications using foundational LLMs in Python.
- 2+ years of experience with relational databases using technologies like PostgreSQL.
