• Partner with HR and Program Managers to verify and reconcile employee and contractor time entries in Rippling • Ensure hours billed align with approved labor categories, contract ceilings and funded CLINs, approved timesheets and leave policies • Prepare accurate monthly (or biweekly) invoices for federal contracts. • Upload and submit invoices through Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) and other agency-specific portals • Coordinate closely with Accounting and Finance to reconcile invoices with the general ledger • Ensure compliance with FAR / DFARS billing requirements and maintain detailed invoice support files
