• Define and execute a forward-looking analytics and reporting strategy aligned to business goals. Elevate analytics from reporting to actionable, decision-driving insights. • Lead the design and optimization of enterprise dashboards and semantic models using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. Drive effective use of Power BI Copilot and advanced DAX to improve speed, performance, and scalability. • Champion responsible use of AI tools - including generative AI and analytics copilots - to accelerate insight discovery, automate workflows, and enhance decision-making. • Support evolution toward domain-oriented data ownership and native data products. Ensure data products are fit-for-purpose, governed, reusable, and insight-ready. • Build and mature a governed self-service analytics environment that empowers business stakeholders while maintaining data quality and compliance. • Ensure consistent, accurate, and timely delivery of recurring and ad hoc reporting. Balance innovation with execution discipline. • Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team.
