• Own the Product End-to-End • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Leaseworks product, data model, and workflows • Act as the primary product owner for a complex, domain-heavy enterprise application • Own backlog prioritization, scope definition, and release planning • Lead customer discovery and requirements discussions with aircraft lessors • Understand real-world leasing, billing, and invoicing workflows (including edge cases) • Translate customer needs into clear, structured, engineer-ready specifications • Balance customer requests with platform constraints and long-term product integrity • Write detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria • Break features into well-defined engineering tasks across data model, logic, UI, and integrations • Ensure solutions respect Salesforce platform constraints (governor limits, security, packaging, upgradeability) • Own correctness and auditability of financial workflows (e.g., invoices, calculations, reporting) • Anticipate downstream impacts to reporting, billing, and customer operations • Help maintain a stable, scalable product in a highly customized enterprise environment.
