Job Description
• Lead a cross-functional team of Technical Support, Sales Engineers & Customer Success Managers
• Define & manage end-to-end processes across teams from pre-sales, implementation, launch and on-going success.
• Work closely with Strategic Technology Partner Directors to strategize on partner integrations & success
• Work closely with Product to act as the face of the partner and voice to advocate new features or feedback on existing capabilities
• Assist in Technical pre-sales efforts on targeted prospect sales calls
• Train partner technical pre-sales and customer success teams
• Define key success metrics and go-to-market strategies designed to meet or exceed those metrics on an annual basis
• Develop a deep understanding of Cloudinary’s and technology partner’s platform, service and offerings in order to help structure the most optimal integration and go-to-market offering
• Help define and evolve Cloudinary’s technology partner processes and offering
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in managing technology partnerships for a cloud-based service provider
- Ability to build strong relationships with business and technology decision-makers.
- Technically savvy with the ability to successfully relay technical concepts and the business value they provide to audiences of any technical ability.
- Exceptional listener, highly empathetic to partner needs and perspectives.
- BS in Business, Computer Science and/or MBA degree preferred.
