• Responsible for fulfilling patient orders, documentation, and delivery instructions • Trains and educates patients and caregivers on equipment use • Informs new patients about their rights and responsibilities • Discusses insurance coverage and arranges payment • Processes credit and debit card payments • Obtains signatures for documentation • Ensures complete, accurate and timely processing of referrals • Maintains working knowledge of assigned Health Systems’ electronic medical records • Coordinates with other departments to minimize delivery expenses
