Job Description
• Perform business analysis tasks by supporting stakeholders
• Handle user inquiries/issues and enhancements to the system
• Work with stakeholders to identify solutions including training and process changes
• Provide required business expertise for project and production activities
• Ensure compliance for required standards
• Conduct complex analysis on reports to ensure system performance
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 7 years in a relevant operational area (e.g. customer service, claims, enrollment and billing, etc.)
- 5 years of technical application experience
- 5 years in the Health Insurance Industry (preferred)
- 5 years in the Healthcare Industry (preferred)
- 5 years with Lean Six/Sigma (preferred)
- (Lean) Six Sigma
- Project Management Professional (PMP) (preferred)
