• Overseeing purchasing and inventory control of the warehouse • Negotiating and securing pricing • Receiving incoming shipments of merchandise or other materials • Verifying correctness of shipments against bills of lading, invoices, etc. • Keeping records of goods received • Reporting damaged goods and shortages • Keeping stock in orderly arrangement • Utilizing Yardi software to track and maintain inventory • Purchase order processing and auditing of all received items • Working closely with accounts payable coordinator to process paperwork in a timely manner • Distributing parts and maintaining building and unit keys to vendors and the maintenance team
