Job Description

• Works with users and leadership to develop and/or modify procedures related to Epic applications • Effectively explains the functioning of the assigned Epic applications to users • Assists users with using the full functionality of the applications • Documents current workflows, specifications, user manuals, procedures, and other relevant information • Completes all change and quality control documentation using department standards • Monitors and documents post-implementation problems and revision requests • Identifies ongoing application system issues and communicate patterns to Sr./Lead Application Product Analyst

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Computer Science or related field
  • Typically requires 1 year of experience in IT business systems
  • Epic Security certified, SER /EMP, Role Based Access Provisioning
  • Basic knowledge of computer operating platforms
  • Demonstrated analytical skills necessary to make sound recommendations based on data analysis
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access) or similar products
  • Basic knowledge and ability in the use of project management software, tools, and methodologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
