• Shape intuitive, user-centred experiences for clients’ digital products and services • Work closely with product managers, engineers, strategists, and fellow designers to align user needs with business outcomes • Define experience strategy and translate it into high-quality deliverables such as complex workflows, user journeys, wireframes, interaction models, UI designs, and prototypes • Assist in conducting user research through methods such as interviews, workshops, and usability testing • Analyze and synthesize user feedback to inform design decisions • Create site maps, wireframes, and prototypes to define the structure and flow of the product • Design user interfaces that are functional and visually appealing • Develop interactive prototypes to test and iterate on design concepts • Maintain and contribute to design systems to ensure visual consistency and scalability across platforms and products • Assist in planning and conducting usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness of designs • Create and maintain design documentation, including personas, journeys, maps, and wireframes.
