Job Description
• Lead 2–3 concurrent operational and process improvement programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable impact.
• Manage and resolve system integrator requests within 24–48 hour SLAs, proactively identifying and eliminating operational blockers that could impact factory operations and rack delivery.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and coordinate with internal engineering and external teams to resolve system and operational issues.
• Analyze operational, inventory, and ERP (SAP) data using advanced Excel and reporting tools to drive informed decision-making and maintain data accuracy.
• Develop and standardize SOPs, process documentation, and reporting dashboards (Power BI/Azure DevOps) to improve visibility and performance tracking.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and apply continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma) to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Communicate program status, risks, and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership while driving cross-functional alignment and change adoption.
Job Requirements
- 5–7+ years of program or project management experience in operational, manufacturing, supply chain, or service delivery environments.
- 5–7 years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience (complex formulas, pivot tables, reporting, data analysis).
- 2–5 years of ERP system experience, preferably SAP.
- Demonstrated experience managing SLA-driven workflows (24–48 hour response requirements).
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, tactical environments requiring hands-on execution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
