• Proactively partner with product managers, designers, engineers, marketers, and researchers in understanding key user needs and directly contributing to business objectives. • Build and develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate solutions to cross-functional partners. • Translate business goals and regulatory constraints into clear, intuitive, and compliant user experiences. • Influence product strategy by identifying opportunities, framing tradeoffs, and advocating for the user. • Conduct competitive explorations and leverage conversion best practices to develop new and innovative approaches to boost performance. • Use, contribute to, and evolve our design system to maintain consistency and scalability across products. • Take ownership of learning the industry and helping your teams reach business outcomes through a data-driven approach. • Facilitate design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative activities to foster a co-creation environment and ensure design quality. • Enable teams to build products without friction through detailed documentation of guidelines, recommendations, and processes. • Effectively communicate the intention and constraints within your design work to partners and stakeholders in order to drive clarity and alignment. • Mentor other designers and support their growth through guidance, feedback, and setting an example of best practices.
