Job Description

• Plan, build, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube • Translate client goals and strategic direction into actionable paid media tactics • Execute campaign setup, launches, optimizations, and ongoing performance monitoring • Manage budgets, pacing, and platform-level reporting to ensure efficient media spend • Analyze campaign performance data to identify insights and optimization opportunities • Develop keyword strategies, ad copy variations, creative briefs, and testing frameworks • Prepare clear, client-ready performance summaries and insights in collaboration with internal leads • Stay current on platform updates, media trends, and best practices • Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, creative, and activation partners to ensure alignment and quality delivery

Job Requirements

  • 3–4 years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on paid social and/or paid search
  • Proven experience managing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations
  • Comfortable working independently within defined scopes and timelines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools is a plus
