Job Description
• Own the prioritization, coordination, and operational execution of omni-channel engagement program launches and ongoing change requests across our book of business.
• Work cross functionally with Product Management, Engineering, BI, Operations, and Client-facing teams to translate program scope into clear delivery plans, identify what can be delivered out-of-the-box versus what requires additional development, and proactively manage dependencies, timelines, and tradeoffs.
• Bring strong requirements discipline and portfolio management—capturing and shaping new capability needs with Product, leading reporting enhancements with BI, and preparing and representing your portfolio in quarterly planning to align business priorities with delivery capacity.
• Support and continuously improve the operating system that enables scalable execution as we evolve from a services-led delivery model to a technology-driven platform, ensuring stakeholders have consistent visibility into priorities, progress, risks, and upcoming launches.
• Report directly to the Senior Director, Product Operations in our Product Team.
• Comply with Icario's compliance and security policies, complete all required training, and safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Icario's PHI and PII.
