Job Description
• Own the Craft: You will be our primary design practitioner, defining world-class at Lucra

• Bridge the Gap: Partner closely with Engineering and Product to ensure high-fidelity designs in Figma translate to a high-performance, pixel-perfect reality in production
• Strategic Problem Solving: You aren’t just taking tickets; you’re challenging assumptions and helping us decide what we should build
Job Requirements
- 6+ years in product design, specifically building high-growth, high-transaction consumer apps
- Ability to articulate the logic behind design decisions to non-designers and build strong, ego-free partnerships with Product and Engineering
- Elite high-fidelity execution in Figma
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to gain efficiencies and create faster than ever without sacrificing the "soul" or quality of the design
