• Proactive commission process assurance to control costs and backend corrections • Assist accounting team in the accurate calculation and timely payout of monthly commissions • Verify the accuracy of partner commissions during order provisioning • Review and ensure accuracy of partner commission data before payment • Analyze installation data for potential billing issues • Develop and maintain tracking systems for commission-related data to ensure transparency and accuracy • Collaborate closely with sales, billing, and finance/accounting teams • Influence the implementation of software and process improvements and automation • Support improvements to partner commission processes and systems • Provide training and support to relevant teams on commission processes • First point of contact for both internal and external sales teams commission inquiries • Perform ad hoc financial analyses and support strategic business initiatives • Maintain and update documentation of all processes related to commission
