Job Description

• Define the roadmap for data products and evaluate how to leverage Karat’s interview dataset to create benchmarking and analytics products • Lead development and execution of innovative data and benchmarking products; prioritize features based on customer needs and business objectives • Partner with engineering, data science, and UX teams to deliver sophisticated yet intuitive analytics experiences • Transform the interview dataset into actionable benchmarking products and develop frameworks for measuring and comparing talent across roles, levels, and formats • Interface with customer executives to capture feedback, monitor performance metrics, and identify improvement opportunities • Partner with Go-to-Market teams on expansion strategies and develop business cases for monetizing new offerings • Collaborate with data science teams on advanced analytics methodologies and ensure seamless integration with customer workflows • Shape Karat’s strategy as the definitive measure of talent and evaluate market positioning of current offerings

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience working on B2B offerings
  • Demonstrated expertise in shipping external monetizable products to technical audiences
  • Demonstrated experience defining, launching, selling, and scaling successful products with proven business impact
  • Successful experience in executive presentations and ability to communicate the business value of complex products
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building customer-facing analytics products
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and translate data insights into customer-facing products
  • Experience designing products that help customers understand and act on complex data relationships
  • Ability to engage with senior leaders at large enterprises on talent benchmarking and workforce analytics
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Must reside in one of the following U.S. locations: California; Connecticut; District of Columbia; Florida; Georgia; Illinois; Kansas; Massachusetts; Maryland; Missouri; North Carolina; Nevada; New York; Oregon; Pennsylvania; Rhode Island; South Carolina; Texas; Virginia; Washington
