• Lead functional design and configuration of Dynamics 365 solutions across Sales, Project Operations, and Customer Service • Translate business requirements into scalable, best-practice Dynamics 365 solutions • General knowledge of the Power Platform, including: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio • Define system architecture, business processes, and configuration standards • Partner closely with Developers to ensure technical solutions align with functional design • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, including C-level and senior stakeholders • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and solution walkthroughs • Present solution designs, tradeoffs, and recommendations to executive audiences • Manage expectations, risks, and scope throughout the project lifecycle • Develop and deliver training for users with varying technical backgrounds • Support change management and user adoption strategies • Create documentation, playbooks, and operational guides • Deliver new features and enhancements to Cyclotron’s internal Dynamics 365 Apps • Mentor junior resources and contribute to delivery standards • Assist with pre-sales activities, estimates, and solution scoping when needed
