Job Description

• Support Figma’s commercial teams to drive growth and decrease customer time to value • Paint the vision of the Figma Platform and guide customers through product demonstrations and presentations • Support Sales by addressing platform questions and showcasing value pre-sales and post-sales • Own customer IT and Security relationships during deal cycles, addressing security questionnaires, RFIs, RFPs, identity and enterprise questions • Collaborate with Product and Support to identify security enhancements and influence the product roadmap • Strengthen Figma's security reputation by resolving customer concerns with product and legal teams • Design and scale technical sales efforts and facilitate connections between customers, sales, and product teams • Create content to delight customers and internal partners • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing and operate autonomously to execute daily

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years professional experience including familiarity with positioning software in a presales capacity and implementing technology post-sales
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies, learn quickly, and problem solve
  • Excellent communication skills within a variety of audiences and a knack for delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations
  • Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands from customers and balance their needs against those of the business
  • Familiarity with developer workflows and frontend frameworks (preferred)
