• Serves as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers and partners on technology strategy, architecture, and innovation • Leads executive-level discussions on emerging technologies, industry trends, and digital transformation strategies • Translates customer business goals into technology solutions that leverage the company's products and services • Represents the company at industry events, conferences, webinars, and in customer briefings • Collaborates with Marketing and Product teams to create white papers, blogs, and other thought leadership content • Provides customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities and product enhancements • Partners with internal R&D teams to validate new technologies and guide solution development • Supports the sales process by participating in customer meetings, solution architecture, and proposal development • Assists with complex solution design and proof-of-concept development • Monitors trends in the technology landscape and recommends how they can be applied within the company’s strategy • Demonstrates and actively promotes understanding and commitment to Logicalis' mission and values
