Job Description
• Guide how we manage data to build products and systems
• Collaborate across engineering and cloud infrastructure teams supporting a SaaS digital marketing platform
• Act as a servant leader and lead by example
• Guide discussions and balance pros/cons with a bias to action
• Contribute to iterative development and team collaboration in a remote-first work environment
Job Requirements
- 10+ years experience developing web-based, cloud-hosted software in a team environment
- 5+ years of T-SQL and SQL Server experience
- Experience managing production data systems
- Strong understanding of cloud environments and site reliability (AWS, DataDog, DPA)
- Strong understanding of Devops principles and systems (CI/CD, Github, Jenkins)
- Familiarity with coding languages (C#, Python, Powershell)
- Familiarity with AI and Agentic approaches to data
- Well-rounded knowledge of platform architecture
- Passion for coaching and mentoring
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Access to a private & secure workspace, free from distractions
- Accessible during the assigned work schedule for regular duties and responsibilities as outlined by the supervisor
- An internet connection with speeds of 5 Megabits down / 3 Megabits up (5mbps/3mbps)
