Job Description
• The Forms Training Specialist is responsible for training clients on creating customized PDF forms
• Uploading those forms to client directories on KeyStone
• Addressing questions and requests and coordinating changes to forms and forms libraries
• Provides mapping training to credit union staff
• Facilitates the testing and delivery of these custom and third-party forms to clients
• Solely responsible for taking clients from start to finish with their forms
• Ensuring all conversion deadlines are met
Job Requirements
- Experience in Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
- Knowledge of the KeyStone platform desirable
- Familiarity with JavaScript a plus
- Experience delivering remote learning desirable
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good presentation skills
- Must be self-directed, comfortable leading remote training sessions, adept at problem-solving, and have strong attention to detail
