Job Description

• Track projects, manage timelines, and organize client deliverables • Take clear, actionable notes during client and internal meetings • Assist with campaign pacing and retainer tracking • Communicate with clients to share updates and gather feedback • Learn the basics of key platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, etc.) to support strategy and execution • Create and compile data reports with guidance from media team • Support the team in identifying account growth opportunities • Stay on top of performance marketing trends and best practices • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure work aligns with client goals • Complete relevant certifications and training to deepen your knowledge

Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a digital agency or performance marketing setting
  • Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a digital marketing career
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Exposure to tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or ClickUp (Nice-to-Have)
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools (Nice-to-Have)
  • Some hands-on experience with campaign reporting or QA (Nice-to-Have)
  • Understanding of project coordination in a client-facing environment (Nice-to-Have)
