Job Description

• Conduct scheduled video consultations with warm, qualified leads. • Guide prospective students through our program offerings and enrollment process. • Use a consultative approach to identify goals, address concerns, and drive enrollment decisions. • Maintain a full pipeline through consistent follow-up and calendar management. • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals.

Job Requirements

Proven closer with a track record of exceeding quotas in B2C, enrollment, or consultative sales.
Motivated, goal-driven, and energized by income potential.
Excellent communicator with strong empathy, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
Organized and self-disciplined in a remote environment.
Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM tools and video conferencing.
