• Act as the primary sales & account management lead a portfolio of Caraway’s existing retail accounts, ensuring extremely strong partnership to these accounts, support, and drive strong growth. • Proactively manage and build relationships with all retail partners, handling day-to-day communication, support, training, sales, marketing, and all account needs. • Partner with the Chief Strategy Officer on all accounts, as well as, retail and business development support, execution, and strategy. • Partner with existing and new accounts to creatively develop and execute growth plans for each. • Participate in Caraway’s overall Retail, Omni Channel, and Business Development strategic planning and execution. • Support the Chief Strategy Officer in identifying and pursuing new retail channel opportunities, partners, sales channels, etc, and contributing to business development initiatives. • Prepare and execute business proposals, sales presentations, and other collateral needed for new and existing retail and business development partnerships. • Prepare presentation materials, sales reports, and other documents required for effective selling and relationship management, as well as internal reporting.
