Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 7+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, Partner/Channel Engineering, Technical Marketing, or similar role, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Strong background in enterprise technology, ideally with SaaS, cloud, networking, security, AI/ML, or data-driven solutions.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience engaging with C-level executives and strategic accounts to uncover and shape customer requirements.
- Experience driving collaboration between business development/sales and engineering/product teams.
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and consultative customer engagement skills.
- Sophisticated project management and organizational skills, with ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales processes and tools (i.e.., Salesforce) combined with hands-on familiarity with technical tools (e.g., APIs, Kubernetes, automation, software-development lifecycle).
