• Play a key role in the development of web applications (Pilot UI, Command Center) that provide real-time insights, controls, and analytics for our robot fleet operations. • Work closely with the Fleet Operations team, understand their needs and use cases for tasking rovers for deliveries in urban environments, and empower them with the right tools, business metrics and data. • Contribute to UI build pipelines, deployment strategies, and monitoring tools to ensure stability and observability of production systems. • Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Back-End Engineers to deliver high-quality features from concept to production. • Partner with User Experience Interaction engineers to design, prototype, and implement intuitive interfaces for human-robot interaction. • Innovate and champion sustainable patterns for component UI development. • Design and implement modular, maintainable frontend architectures with a focus on scalability, accessibility, and performance. • Drive adoption of modern frontend technologies and frameworks to ensure a robust and scalable ecosystem. • Champion best practices in code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and frontend reliability. • Manage engineering work on the critical path and coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g. design, product, operations, QA) to ensure a smooth dev/release cycle. • Provide technical guidance to mid-level and junior engineers, helping to elevate frontend craftsmanship and culture across teams. • Drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies in the React/TypeScript ecosystem, including component libraries, state management, and performance tooling.
