Job Description

• A District Manager (DM) is a senior level Territory Sales Manager that assists in the mid-level management of their assigned territory and with the supervision and guidance of all TSMs within that territory. • They are expected to work closely with their Regional Manager. • District Manager’s will assist their Regional Manager with managing their distributors – this means attending large and small format meetings, and reviewing reports generated by the distributor and or their regional coordinator.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in using sales apps and CRM applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Willingness to travel and work in the field regularly.
  • Experience in conducting audits and analyzing market data.
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting and inventory management.
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the beverage industry
  • Capability to build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and sales teams.
