• Learn the fundamentals of business-to-business negotiations and commercial contracting; • Gain direct experience with the full end-to-end sourcing process from inception of a project to managing a supplier to the contract; • Gain insights into the different negotiation and contracting approaches across multiple commodities; • Learn the importance of staying closely aligned with our internal customers and collaborating with key matrix partners in Information Security, Legal, Privacy, Risk, and Enterprise Architecture; • Gain an appreciation for the complexity and creativity of negotiations and how the contract is key to ensure all parties align on expectations for mutual success; • Learn to use corporate technologies such as our contracts repository, intake management, e-signature platform, and other key tools; • Other duties as assigned.
