Job Description
• Responsible for enrollment and billing activities for the membership, enrollment & billing department
• Perform membership and billing activities for clients and/or members
• Verify enrollment status and make changes to records
• Address enrollment questions or concerns
• Resolve membership and billing issues
• Access and update enrollment and billing databases
Job Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- 0-1 years of experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience in Billing/Enrollment and/or Customer Service
- Strong financial aptitude
- Basic accounting knowledge and ability to reconcile enrollment and/or payment information
- Proven ability to analyze and resolve problems
