Job Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar customer service or operations role preferred
  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and MS Teams
