Job Description
• Agile Project Management: Lead and oversee projects using agile methodologies, ensuring continuous and efficient delivery of value.
• Rapid Assessment and Continuous Improvement: Utilize your Agile expertise to conduct rapid evaluations and enhance software products through an agile design and iteration process.
• Leadership of Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate with agile and multidisciplinary teams using our unique "agile pods" methodology to maximize efficiency and goal delivery.
• Strategic Planning: Develop detailed strategic plans aligned with delivery and service goals, ensuring effective execution.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 Years Experience: Solid experience in successfully managing agile projects with a minimum of 6 years of proven experience.
- Required Certifications: Possess certifications in Professional Scrum Master: PSM 2 and Scaled Agilist: SA to demonstrate a high level of competence in agile methodologies.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills.
