Job Description
• Partner with the CTO and executive leadership team to define and drive the company’s commercial transformation roadmap
• Lead strategic analyses of markets, customers, and competitors to identify growth opportunities
• Serve as a thought partner to senior leaders in translating strategy into executable plans with measurable impact
• Lead product strategy and product management activities
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, and Operations
• Establish governance, metrics, and processes to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and budget
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field required
- MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial strategy, product management, or business development
- Proven success in developing and executing growth strategies across multiple products, markets, and geographies
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional transformation or growth initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment
- Exposure to M&A strategy, including opportunity sourcing, commercial diligence, and integration planning
- Experience leading small, high-impact teams while influencing broader organizational change
