Job Description
• Own and accelerate the engines that drive ARR
• Shape and execute the strategy across growth, SEO, activation, conversion funnels, payment flows, and self-serve monetization
• Lead a cross-functional pod of engineers, analysts, and designers to set the roadmap, form and validate hypotheses, and deliver high-impact product improvements grounded in data
• Dive deep into quantitative metrics as well as qualitative user feedback, experiment aggressively, and ensure continual optimization for user acquisition, engagement, and revenue
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Management with deep ownership of growth or monetization
- Strong technical foundation (software engineering background preferred)
- Experience with freemium or viral growth models, SEO-driven acquisition, or self-serve SaaS
- Ability to form hypotheses from data, run experiments, and interpret results
- Fluency in analytics tools, funnels, cohort analysis, and SEO fundamentals
- Proven track record of driving measurable ARR or funnel improvements
- Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams
