Job Description
• lead the charge in designing, managing, and enhancing the user experience
• blend hands-on design work with leadership
• mentor, guide, and provide feedback to a team of UX/UI designers
• collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders
• establish and optimize design processes and workflows
• lead user research initiatives to gather insights
• ensure consistent delivery of user-centered designs
Job Requirements
- 8+ years in UX/UI design
- at least 3 years in a leadership role
- proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- strong portfolio showcasing experience with SaaS platforms
- expertise in agile methodologies
- proven track record of leading and mentoring design teams
- adept at working closely with Product and Engineering teams
