Job Description

• We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can help bring more people to our client's website and turn visitors into leads. • Your main focus will be on improving how the client's site show up online (SEO) and managing paid ads (PPC) across different platforms. • Review website performance regularly to understand where visitors come from and what content they engage with. • Identify new topics people are searching for and work with the team to create helpful, relevant content. • Improve existing pages so they appear higher on search engines and attract more visitors. • Monitor how search engines interact with the site and ensure all pages are easy to find and navigate. • Track keyword ranking progress and overall search performance. • Keep the website structure, links, and sitemaps updated to support better visibility. • Research competitors to find opportunities for improvement and growth. • Build the website’s credibility online by securing mentions from reputable sites and directories. • Stay updated on the latest search trends and Google updates to keep strategies effective. • Manage and optimize online ad campaigns to increase clicks, leads, and conversions while staying within budget. • Continuously improve ad performance by testing messages, adjusting targeting, and monitoring cost efficiency. • Track leads generated from ads—including calls, contact forms, chats, and other sign-ups—to understand which efforts drive results. • Review performance across different devices (mobile, desktop, tablet) and adjust strategies accordingly. • Prepare monthly reports showing results, trends, and recommendations for improvement. • Collaborate with the team to plan and publish blogs, short videos, social posts, and website updates. • Suggest content topics based on what users are searching for and what’s performing well online. • Support online brand presence by keeping business profiles updated and encouraging reviews. • Compile monthly performance reports covering website traffic, leads, and overall campaign results. • Use data to identify trends and recommend new ideas or improvements. • Ensure marketing tasks and strategies are aligned with business goals.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in both SEO and online advertising.
  • Solid understanding of how to increase website traffic, improve search rankings, and generate leads.
  • Experience managing online ad campaigns, including setting budgets, reviewing performance, and making adjustments to improve results.
  • Comfortable reviewing website and advertising data to spot trends, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
  • Strong skills in creating clear reports and explaining results in a way that’s easy to understand.
  • Ability to work with writers, designers, or external partners to support content and marketing efforts.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams.
  • Able to manage multiple projects at once and stay organized with deadlines.
  • Proactive, curious, and keeps up with new marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience working in service-based or lead-generation industries is a plus (e.g., law firms, agencies, consultancies).
