Job Description

• Provide enterprise-level assistance to customers • Oversee development and dissemination of usage guides, support guides, knowledgebase, and FAQs • Implement policies and procedures to support areas of responsibility • Monitor, track, benchmark, and analyze Network trends • Assess need for any system reconfigurations based on incidents • Lead the development of comprehensive enterprise network solution and support model • Manage a team of professional services engineers • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

  • Ability to oversee development, implementation, and administration of Engineering procedures and policies
