• Identify, target, and onboard high-potential MSOs and Tier 1 accounts. • Build deep, collaborative relationships through regular check-ins and proactive events. • Monitor and manage inventory to maintain Out-of-Stock rates at 10% or lower. • Push the full portfolio of products into key accounts and customize assortments. • Team up with marketing, supply chain, product development, and finance.
