Job Description

• Manage ongoing relationships with partner book of business, ensuring strong engagement, satisfaction, and alignment with ArcSite’s goals. • Support the Director of Partnerships in executing partnership strategies, onboarding new partners, and expanding existing relationships. • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, helping them navigate ArcSite’s product, resources, and program benefits. • Collaborate with Marketing to coordinate co-marketing campaigns, webinars, enablement materials, and joint content. • Work with the Product team to surface partner feedback and participate in integration improvement discussions. • Monitor partner performance, track key KPIs, and deliver regular reporting to internal stakeholders. • Assist with contract renewals, partner agreements, and documentation as needed. • Identify opportunities to deepen partner engagement, drive revenue, and improve partner program tools, processes, and enablement. • Attend virtual and occasional in-person partner meetings, events, or trainings as required.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel account management, customer success, sales, or a related client-facing role-SaaS experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills; able to influence without authority.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partner accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfort learning and explaining software products; technical aptitude is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and partner management tools is helpful.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to take initiative, solve problems creatively, and continuously improve processes.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote-first environment.
