Job Description
• Manage and mentor two marketing managers
• Build scalable marketing processes and playbooks
• Define and refine marketing vision and strategy
• Oversee campaign planning, budgeting, and execution
• Directly manage priority titles
• Partner with Developer Operations, Product, and Creative teams
• Own marketing performance reporting
• Present campaign results to leadership
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of marketing / product management experience, ideally in video games
- Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns across Steam, console, and/or mobile
- Strong team leadership and mentoring skills
- Solid understanding of paid media, influencer/creator marketing, PR, event marketing, and community strategies
- Excellent project management skills
- Data-driven mindset
- Passion for indie games and supporting small or solo developers.
