Job Description

• Lead customer implementations of our products (Patient Throughput, Clinical Staffing, or both) from kickoff and discovery through data acquisition, solution design, product configuration, validation, and rollout • Partner with the Client Services team members to ensure that the product and workflows are designed and configured accurately and optimally • Conduct discovery and design sessions with clinical and operational stakeholders • Communicate technical requirements and ensure that customer IT and operational teams clearly understand the data and setup needs and coordinate required security and other audits • Design and execute unit and user acceptance test scenarios to validate system functionality, data accuracy, and workflow configurations prior to go-live • Navigate complex database structures to troubleshoot data issues and support technical requirements gathering • Collaborate with Project Manager on status reporting and proactive communication • Continually evaluate and improve implementation processes, outcomes, documentation, and collateral • Travel for up to 25-50% of the time

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related experience
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a client- or customer-facing role such as management consulting, customer success, or implementation management
  • At least 3 years of experience in a role that is quantitative and data intensive
  • Experience with healthcare IT systems including EHR data structures, HL7 messaging standards, and healthcare interoperability frameworks
  • A maniacal obsession with customer happiness, success, and retention; you’re the type of person who will move mountains to solve problems and make people successful
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, clinical)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong familiarity with project management tools and best practices
