Job Description

• Identify and research potential clients, specifically targeting corporate treasuries, prime brokerage, investment banks, commercial banks and/or regional banks • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to engage prospects and develop new relationships within the sales side of these institutions • Qualify leads and schedule meetings, focusing on high-value opportunities • Manage follow up conversations with prospects; marshall appropriate team members and resources to close new business • Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies tailored to the financial services sector • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and the evolving needs of financial institutions through networking, events and media channels • Provide regular updates on lead generation efforts and outcomes to management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales or business development, particularly within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience maintaining CRM data integrity
